After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! He explained the type of door we would get and the mechanism, the new steel frame to replace our rotten wood frame and suggested soffits to replace the perspex windows above. The office very promptly phoned with a quote which we discussed and followed up with an email quote. All very professional.
